The materials of the elbow pads are very soft, but the molecules lock upon impact to absorb kinetic energy, always ensuring you safety and technical prowess. The back protectorThe Athena models are a reliable choice for protecting the back muscles and spine. Each protector has CE certification EN 1621.For your safety, this back protector incorporates POi designs construction technology: controlled lateral movement for better shock absorption! With it, you will be the queen of the roads! In terms of comfort, it will go unnoticed in one of our Eudoxie jackets! Designed to fit the internal pockets of our jackets, it slips on and off easily to ensure safety while riding! Its so-called "honeycomb" structure allows for better shock absorption, offering greater resistance and abrasion than the level 1 back protector. Our protections are also practical and discreet! They will easily fit into your motorbike trunk or top case.Level 1 and level 2 protections, how to tell them apart:Each of our protectors undergoes an impact test. Here, the test is conducted over 5 impacts, including two on targeted "fragile" areas. To be certified level 1, the back protector must transmit less than 18 kN with a peak allowed at 24 kN. For level 2, the back protector must transmit less than 9 kN with a peak allowed at 12 kN. The protection must only transmit an average of 20 kN with a peak at 35 kN during an impact at 50 J. The greater the force distribution, the less violent the impact. Therefore, the force distribution must reach 15% for level 1 and 30% for level 2.
