Are db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the bracket is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is noise approved, the customer must check beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.

Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. This starts from the purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired, the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
