Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-theft screws, or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the mounting instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, seeking immediate information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the change to racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty, and any claims will be denied. From the purchase date, the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense applies.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
