Are db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only permitted for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it's still recommended to have them installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it's mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It's recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track, without saddlebags, without flashlights, and without a license plate holder or other parts that might interfere with the different gas angle caused by converting to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with devolvement to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repairs.
