Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on track only, without luggage, without flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any request for repairs will be rejected. This from the time of purchase, with the right of repair returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
