Are db killers and removable catalytic converters legal? Altering the welds on the db killer and converter or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixation is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with traffic regulations on public road networks.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or see tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the different angle of the gas due to the conversion to race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any request for a claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must accept to remount the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
