WINTER TYRES IN SILICA

To ensure you reach your destination safely, even in cold weather, this combination of rubber and tread for motorcycles is compatible with winter conditions. For sufficient grip, even on cold and wet surfaces, the tread alone is not enough; the rubber mix must also be suitable. Standard tyres are designed for use from spring to autumn and become hard in low temperatures. Therefore, a standard tyre can only achieve reduced grip. To eliminate this problem, Heidenau has developed a silica compound specifically suited for motorcycles. It is specially formulated for temperatures below 6 degrees Celsius, thus offering excellent grip and great traction on wet surfaces on cold roads. The combination of the winter compound and the tread is the foundation of these winter tyres, which will safely lead you to your destination, even in the worst weather conditions.
