Adaptive Impact System (AIS)

Three-dimensional composite shell made of carbon fibre, DuPont™ Kevlar® and fibreglass. Kevlar® and fibreglass produce a lightweight shell with increased puncture resistance.
Impact energy cells made with RHEON, the impact energy cells maximise absorption of linear and rotational impacts at low speeds, reducing forces transmitted to the brain.
The Conehead® technology of dual-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) offers a softer shell, where the cones help manage or absorb the force of an impact more effectively. Six critical zones have been tuned for a progressive response to impacts at both low and high speeds.
The expanded volume EPS means that strategic areas of the helmet have more shock-absorbing EPS, providing more cushioning between your head and the ground.
Construction

The expanded polypropylene (EPP) chin bar creates an additional impact attenuation element and is used in the chin bar for its superior damage resistance and energy absorption properties.
The clavicle shell relief zone creates a soft area filled with EPS and EPP to help reduce clavicle injuries.

Comfort

True Functional Ventilation (TFV): in motion, air is expelled through multiple air intake vents, then flows through lined channels in the EPS and exits through multiple exhaust vents at the back.
