Front mudguard strap to help you lift the bike.

Front mudguard straps are essential gear for extreme enduro events. The unique design of Kriega is a stand-alone/semi-rigid solution, always easy to find and use.

There are 2 methods to mount the front haul loop. Both use 2 H-Duty cable ties:
Unfasten the strap from the stainless steel loops. Wrap the strap around the fork leg, directly beneath the lower triple clamp. Re-thread the stainless steel loops (making sure to pull the strap through the loop to "lock" it). The free end can be placed underneath the provided elastic loop. To prevent the haul loop from sliding down the fork leg(s), you need to use a zip tie in two ways. The first method is to pass the zip tie through the small web loop next to the stainless steel loop. Connect the zip tie and tighten around the fork leg just above the lower triple clamp (this method is illustrated on the 'Haul Loop' page). Another method is to use 2 x zip ties linked together in a figure of eight behind the front light/plastic number plate (this method is indicated on this page). The figure of eight method is better because you can refine the angle of the haul loop by shortening the length(s) of the zip ties. The shorter the tie, the higher the haul loop will sit (see the Works series video).
